Floor area is overall length × width, minus this corner. A notch stays at least 0.4 m, and at least 0.6 m of room is left on each side. The quote uses that area.

This code is stored on this device and stays the same when you come back. It only matches another lead saved in this same browser. It does not match a code on another phone. A $250 thank-you is not promised, and it is not taken off this quote.

Projects
Each saved lead keeps its quote and design on this device. The CSV uses customer_name, phone, email and suburb so it can be imported into Tradify, Fergus or Ascora.
Owner pipeline
Enter the owner PIN from Settings. This is a convenience lock only, not security.
Pipeline
Stages stay on this phone. Changing a stage does not send a message, and it does not make a price final. Job stages are separate. You set each one by hand. The tracker link is a snapshot. A quote with no reply after 3 days can have a draft nudge. You approve it before it is copied or opened. Nothing is sent.
Setup
Saved on this phone only. Leave a field blank and the public pages keep the wording they already have. ABN and QBCC stay empty until you type them. This screen does not invent a number or claim a licence. Nothing is sent.
Site-measure days and times stay under Settings.
Photo placeholder. No photo is shown until you add one here.
One review per line. A name can come first, then a dash, then what they said. Leave this blank and the quote shows no reviews. Nothing is invented.
Leave both blank and nothing is posted. When a valid https Worker URL is saved, the text of a new lead is sent to that worker and photos stay on this phone. Follow docs/lead-sync/SETUP.md yourself. This page does not deploy a worker or create an account.
Business
The public header stays blank until you type an ABN or a licence. The quote Nico reviews still shows “(add your ABN)” and “(add your licence number)” until then.
Capped at 10% under $20,000 and 5% from $20,000. Verify with QBCC.
Confirm the warranty wording with QBCC. Do not add review scores or claims.
Meet Gert's Reno
Add Nico's real photo and his real story. Save settings on this phone. Until then, the Meet page shows a placeholder. Nothing is invented, and nothing is uploaded. Another phone still shows the placeholder.

Site measure times
Tick the days you can visit and the times you offer. A client can request one of these. You confirm it in the pipeline. Nothing is booked or sent on its own.
Catalogue rates already include GST. The quote shows the GST included in the total.
Stored only in this browser. Pollinations does not use a key. A future paid provider would.
A convenience lock only, not security. It hides the pipeline on this phone until the PIN is typed. Do not store anything sensitive here. The PIN and the leads stay in this browser, and anyone with this phone can read them.
Leave this blank until you paste the link from your Google Business profile. When a lead is marked Won, the pipeline can draft a review request. Nothing is sent automatically. This app does not show star ratings or testimonials.
Leave this blank and Send to Nico stays hidden. A lead is saved on this device only. Nothing is posted until a Worker URL is saved on the Setup screen.
Packages
Sell price inc GST = base fee + rate × floor m². Reset restores the catalogue rates.
Margin on this device
Hidden until you open it. Leave it blank. If you type a number, it stays on this phone only. It is not shown on the quote and it does not change the from-prices.
